I bought your two books some time ago and love them, and wanted to go even further which is why I thought I would try out milking it.
I am enjoying the program, moving through it fairly quickly as I don’t want to lose the momentum and get distracted by another one of the many tasks that I should be doing. Also I tend to put things off unless I can do them perfectly and I don’t want to let that stop me this time so am just going with the flow.
